Refund Policy
1. No Refunds — All Sales Final
All Services provided by Pivot Traders LLC are digital, educational, and delivered electronically.
Due to the immediate access to proprietary materials, community access, indicators, recordings, downloadable content, and other intellectual property, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing any Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are receiving immediate access to digital content.
You waive any right to a refund once access has been granted.
All fees are earned upon purchase.
2. Subscription Services
For subscription-based memberships:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.

3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You may be permanently prohibited from future participation.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
